I’ve worn this ring every day for a few weeks and can confidently say: it actually makes me healthier. Sleep tracking, heart rate, cycle predictions, readiness score — it’s sleek, accurate, and doesn’t scream “wearable tech.” Bonus: the battery lasts a full week.

👙 Herseas Floral Stitch Bikini Set

I grabbed this last month and it’s quickly become my go-to suit. The whip stitch detail is SO cute and the high-waisted fit is flattering without feeling like a diaper (you know what I mean). I’ve worn it poolside, beachside, and even layered under outfits.

I may or may not have ordered two pairs… the square aviators (SJ2327) and the oversized vintage pair (SJ2616). SO affordable and give major old-money summer vibes. I’ll report back when they arrive!

This has been haunting my wishlist for months — the shape, the softness, the fact that you can wrap it any way you want? I travel constantly, and this would be a game changer for flights and hotel naps.
